The Food and
Nutrition Service (FNS) is a Federal agency responsible for administering
the WIC Program at the National and regional levels.
If you wish
to apply as a participant in the WIC Program on the behalf of
yourself and/or your children, you should contact one of the WIC
State agencies. Our directories contain website links and toll-free
numbers. Someone at your state WIC agency will be able to tell
you more about where to go to apply and what you need to bring
